This system mainly consists of a horizontal loading frame system, a vertical loading system, a 25000 kN hydraulic jack, a 2500 kN electro-hydraulic servo actuator, a 500 kN electro-hydraulic servo actuator, a servo control system, and an 8-channel acoustic emission monitoring system.
The horizontal frame adopts a closed frame and a movable structure for the crossbeam, mainly used for large-tonnage stay cable tensile fatigue testing systems. The vertical loading system is built on the basis of the horizontal frame platform and is mainly used for large-tonnage stay cable bending fatigue testing systems. The horizontal frame and vertical loading parts can be adjusted flexibly and without gaps with the connectors.
This system is mainly used for static load tests of stay cables with a maximum static load of 5000 tons, a fatigue load upper limit of 1567 tons, and a fatigue load amplitude below 500 tons. The testing capability is at the leading level in the country.
