The dynamic shear test system adopts a four-column, top-mounted oil cylinder structure. The main machine structure is reasonable, has good rigidity, and is safe and reliable. The vertical actuator is a single-cylinder structure, and the whole machine uses a bolt shear-free structure, with vertical and horizontal forces applied to the steel body, avoiding bolt loosening caused by shear force, frame deformation, gaps in load-bearing components, and safety accidents. The control system is based on fully digital electro-hydraulic servo control technology, with multi-channel control for vertical, horizontal, and angular movements. The machine's structural design is reasonable, providing a large testing space and convenient sample clamping. It is mainly used for vertical, shear, and angular performance tests of various seismic isolation, anti-seismic devices, and components. It is used for testing existing engineering structure supports and components as well as for research and development testing of future new supports and components.
